Our traditional sauna hut with 85 - 90°C (185 - 195 °F) is opened daily from 3 - 8 pm. Or stop by for in the steam bath followed by a cool shower in our adventure showers. And in wintertime, cool down with a roll in the powdery snow on the lawn!

 

Following your sauna and shower, relax and sink into sweet dreams in our ethnic relaxation grotto or the sun pavillon while looking up at our "starlit-sky". The ceiling is covered with hundreds of small lights, moving you into a deep relaxation.

If the sauna should be too hot for you, you can also relax in our steam bath with sole solution clouding. With an ambient temperature of 45°C (113°F) and 90 - 100% of air humidity you can also get easy to sweating. Also an infrared cabin is available to you. This gets not warmer like max. 40°C (104°F) with normal air humidity, but nevertheless has some therapeutic consequences.
