If you use this online function, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt of your cancellation declaration on a durable medium, for example by email, including information about the content of your cancellation declaration as well as the date and time of receipt.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including any delivery costs where applicable, with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Once the cancellation has been completed, the corresponding voucher will become invalid and can no longer be redeemed.
